This Privacy Policy applies to the Company’s website and mobile application “Curadle Care” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Curadle Care processes personal information for the following purposes.
The personal information collected will not be used for any purposes other than those specified below.
If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary steps such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Membership Registration and Management
- User registration through social login (Google, Kakao, Naver), identity verification, maintenance of membership eligibility, and account management.
- Provision of Pet Health Management Services
- Collection and management of pet profile information (name, species, gender, breed, date of birth, etc.) and health records (e.g., body weight data) for service provision.
- Device Management and Remote Control
- Device registration, remote control, environment configuration and routine management, and provision of analytical data.
- Notification Services
- Providing filter replacement reminders, maintenance alerts, service announcements, and personalized information delivery.
- Customer Support and Complaint Handling
- Verifying the identity of complainants, confirming complaint details, contacting for fact-checking, and communicating results.
2. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information

Curadle Care processes and retains personal information only for the period prescribed by relevant laws or as consented to by the data subject.
Once the purpose of collection is achieved, the information will be promptly destroyed.

The specific retention and processing periods are as follows:
- Membership Registration and Management
- Retained and processed until the user withdraws membership.
- However, even after withdrawal, certain information may be retained in accordance with applicable laws.
- Records under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Records of contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years
- Records of payments and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- Records under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
- Connection and access logs (e.g., login records): 3 months to 1 year
- For Dispute Resolution and Legal Rights Protection
- Retained until the relevant issue or legal obligation is resolved.
- Other Cases Prescribed by Applicable Laws in Each Country
- Retained for the period specified by such laws.
- Post-Retention Processing
- Once the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, personal information will be promptly destroyed or anonymized for use in statistical or research purposes.
